Tip 1 - For baby soft hands/feet: Apply lots of your normal body moisturizer to your feet and hands, be extra generous in between the toes. When you have a thick layer of cream all over your feet, slip on comfortable cotton socks on your feet and latex gloves on your hands. Leave gloves on for 1 hour. Leave socks on all night. The next morning your feet will feel like baby skin. Repeat once per week to maintain softness.



Tip 2 - Face wash/exfoliate: Step 1 of makeup essentials (use only if you don't have sensitive skin, ie, acne, acne scars, redness, rosacea). Mix a little water with brown sugar. Apply to face using circular movements, concentrating on nose and chin area. Rinse all sugar off with warm water. Pat your face dry.



Tip 3 - Dark circles: To minimize dark circles, apply a little orange (yes, orange!) lipstick to dark area, after your moisturizer. Make sure it is ONLY on the dark area, no where else. Apply makeup as usual.



Tip 4 - For whiter teeth and healthy gums: mix together 1 tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda (raising agent used for cooking) and 1 tablespoon mint toothpaste. Use as a mouthwash, DO NOT SWALLOW. This will disinfected your mouth and whiten teeth. If your teeth are very yelow or stained you might need a more effective treatment.



Tip 5 - Facials for oily skin: dissolve a teaspoon of baking yeast in a small amount of warm milk, wait until foamy, then apply to face. Leave 10 minutes and rinse with warm water.



Tip 6 - Facials for dehydrated skin: 1 cup of mixed mashed fruit, 2-3 tbsp double cream, 3 tsp cottage cheese, 1 tsp brown sugar, 4 tsp oatmeal powder. Blend all the ingredients together and apply on your face. Relax for ten minutes, and rinse off with warm water.



Tip 7 - Body Scrub: take some sea salt and mix it with warm water. Scrub your body using your hands. For stronger ex foliation use less water. Rinse off with warm water. Apply moisturizer. Your skin will feel baby soft with this makeup beauty tip!



Tip 8 - Quick Detox: Drink "warm" water with squeezed lemon, half a lemon per glass. Aim for 8 glasses per day for 1 week. This will give you a quick but effective detox and your skin will look and feel healthier. Permanently switching to warm water is one of the great makeup beauty tips you can follow.
Tip 9 - Oily Hair: women who have oily hair know what a pain it can be. The more you wash your hair, the oilier it becomes! Nightmare. Here's a quick tip for the "second" day of unwashed hair. Use talcum power! Rub some powder between your fingers and run through your roots. Watch the oil disappear instantly, reapply as needed. It's the miracle solution! Even brunettes can use white talcum power, no prob!
