1 Use vitamin E skin oil as a facial moisturizer. Warm the bottle of vitamin E oil by letting it sit in hot water for three minutes. While it is warming, wash your face with a gentle cleanser and rinse with warm water. Apply vitamin E oil to face and leave on overnight.

This is best done at night, as the oil can get very sticky. Apply it no more than twice a week, as the oil may clog pores.

2 Vitamin E oil can lighten stretch marks.

Use vitamin E oil to prevent or lighten stretch marks. To prevent stretch marks in early pregnancy, rub vitamin E skin oil over the abdomen every night. Vitamin E helps the skin retain and rebuild its elasticity. To lighten stretch marks that have already appeared, apply the vitamin E oil daily.

7 Make your own vitamin E skin oil if you are in a pinch. Poke a hole in three vitamin E capsules, and squeeze the vitamin E into a dish with 1 tbsp. of olive oil.

8 Apply vitamin E oil directly to hemorrhoidal tissue to provide soothing relief.
