Government of Andhra Pradesh, Schools Education Department: The Qualified candidates of LPCET-2011 are informed to attend the counselling for admission into Government / Privates Pandit Training Colleges for the year 2011-12 as per the schedule given below at KEYS GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL, NEAR SECUNDERABAD, RAILWAY STATION, SECUNDERABAD.

The candidates should produce all the certificates in ORIGINAL viz. (i) LPCET-2011 Rank Card & Hall Ticket. (2) Pass Certificate / Memorandum of Marks of qualifying examination. (3) Date of Birth Certificate (S.S.C) (4) Study certificates for preceding seven years ending with the year in which the candidate first appeared for the qualifying examination in respect of regular candiates having school study and local area certificate for specified specified seven years period in respect of those who have studied privately by virtue of residence for the part or specified period as the case may be issued by Tahsildar concerned (5) Integrated Community Certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates (6) Latest income certificate of parents of SC & STs less than Rs. 2,00,000/- and BC candidates claiming fee exemption if the income from all sources is less than Rs. 1,00,000/- P.A. The income certificates issued by Tahsildar after 01.01.2011 will alone be accepted (7) Residence certificate of Father / Mother for a period of 10 years in A.P., excluding the period of employment outside A.P. from Tahsildar in case of Non-Local candidates and (8) transfer Certificate.

Fee: 2,600/- for Governement Colleges, 16,000 for Private Colleges. Counselling fee Rs.200/- and Registration fee Rs.100/- for each candiate. Fee shall be remitted in cash at the counters available in the counselling centre.

Dr. NTR University Counselling Notification for Admission into MBBS / BDS Courses for the Academic Year 2011-12

Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: The Rank holders of EAMCET-2011 are directed to attend the counseling for admission into MBBS / BDS Courses for the academic year 2011-12 at the following centers as per the schedule given below. The candidates need not to submit any application form for admission into MBBS / BDS Courses as per G.O.Ms.No.140 & 141, HM & FW (E1) Dept., Dt. 04-07-2009.

Eligibility for admission MBBS/BDS Courses:

1.The candidate should be an Indian National or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) Card Holders and should satisfy the Local or Non-local status in Andhra Pradesh (Residence requirement) as laid down in Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admissions) Order, 1974 and the selection will be done as per the procedure laid down in the G.O.P.No.646, dated 10.07.1979 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.42, Higher Education (EC2) Department, dated 18.05.2009.

2.The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Biotechnology and English.· OC candidates should obtain not less than 50% marks in science subjects. · BC/SC/ST candidates should obtain not less than 40% marks in science subjects.· OC PH candidates should obtain not less than 45% marks in science subjects.

3 The candidate should have qualified in EAMCET-2011 · OC candidates should secure not less than 50% marks (80 marks) in EAMCET -2011 · BC/SC/ST candidates should secure not less than 40% marks (64 marks) in EAMCET -2011 · OC PH candidates should secure not less than 45% marks (72 marks) in EAMCET -2011

4 The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31-12-2011. The candidates who do not complete 17 years as on 31-12-2011 need not attend the counseling. The candidates born on or after 02-01-1995 are not eligible to attend the Counseling for admission into MBBS/BDS Courses.

5 The candidates who wish to claim seats under Anglo Indian, Sports & Games, CAP (Army), NCC & Physically challenged (PH) also need to fulfill the above eligibility criteria

Certificate Verification: The candidates are directed to bring all the original certificates (mentioned below) and two sets of attested Xerox copies.

(1). Hall Ticket of EAMCET -2011. (2) Rank card of EAMCET -2011 (3). S.S.C or equivalent examination showing the Date of Birth.(4) Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination in Intermediate or Equivalent Examination. (5) Transfer certificate. (6) Study certificates from 6th Class to Intermediate. (7)Candidates who have studied in the institutions outside of Andhra Pradesh have to submit 10 years (years of period to be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar. (8) Candidates claming eligibility of reservation under Special categories should furnish the required certificate in support of their claim. (9) Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) claiming reservation under BC/SC/ST Categories issued by an Officer prescribed. (a) Scholarship certificate (b) Income Certificate of Parent issued by M.R.O / Tahsildar on or after 01.01.2011 (c) Service records & SSC/ SSLC certificate of parent/ relative if parent is not in-service. (10) The candidates claiming fee exemption shall produce the Service certificate issued by the competent authority, Income certificate of the Parent. (11) Any other relevant certificates.

Fee Perticulars:(to be paid at the counseling center on the day of selection itself): As per G.O.Ms.No.161, HM & FW (E1) Dept., dated 20.07.2010.

1. The selected candidates shall pay the fee at the counseling center on the day of counseling in the form of Demand Drafts drawn (not earlier than the date of this notification) in any nationalized Bank in favour of “Registrar, Dr NTR University of Health Sciences “payable at Vijayawada”. 2. If the candidate fails to pay the fee after choosing the seat, the seat will be cancelled automatically without any notice. The candidates will not be given any extension of time to pay the fee. 3. The University Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Counseling Fee (non- refundable): All the candidates who attend the counseling have to pay an amount of Rs.500/- for OC /BC and Rs.300/- for SC/ST candidates as counseling fee at the reception counter of the counseling center irrespective of your selection /admission. The counseling fee receipt can be produced in subsequent counselings for entry into the counseling center.

ii. with valid GATE score and qualifying marks prescribed for assistantship in the appropriate discipline of Engineering / Technology (or)

REGISTRATION THROUGH INTERNET: The application form, information and instructions to candidates are available in the website  http://www.annauniv.edu/tanca2011/.  The print out application and registration fee for Rs. 500/- for General (Rs.250/- for SC/SCA/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu by enclosing a copy of Permanent Community Card) in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of  “The Secretary, Tamil Nadu Common Admissions, Anna University, Chennai” payable at Chennai drawn on or after 10.7.2011, should be sent along with all the enclosures, through registered post / speed post to The Secretary, Tamil Nadu Common Admissions, Anna University, Chennai 600 025, to reach on or before  30.7.2011 (5.30 p.m.).
The completed application should reach ‘The Secretary, TANCA, Anna University, Chennai 600 025’ on or before 30.07.2011, by 5.30 p.m.  Applications received after the due date and time will not be considered at any cost.
